  • ADWYSD and Always Do What You Should Do are brands owned by Josh Gelato Limited. This is our official store.
  • You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to purchase from this site.

2. Product Information

  • We aim to describe and photograph products accurately.
  • Colours may appear differently depending on your screen.
  • We may update descriptions, images or prices at any time, though changes will not affect orders already accepted.

3. Pricing and Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (Pound Sterling) and include VAT where applicable.
  • Shipping is charged in addition and shown at checkout before you pay.
  • Import duties and taxes on international orders are your responsibility. See our Shipping Policy.
  • If a product is listed at an obviously incorrect price, we will contact you before dispatch and give you the choice to confirm at the correct price or cancel for a full refund.

4. Order Acceptance

  • Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed only when we email you to confirm dispatch.
  • We may refuse or cancel an order — for example, if stock is unavailable or payment fails. If we do, we will notify you and refund any payment in full.

  • Delivery times are estimates. We are not liable for delays caused by couriers, customs or events beyond our control.

Nothing in these terms affects your legal rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 or the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. Goods must be as described, of satisfactory quality and fit for purpose.

  • You must not upload malicious code or interfere with the site’s operation.

  • All content on this site — including the ADWYSD name, logos, designs, text and images — is owned by Josh Gelato Limited and protected by intellectual property law.
  • You may not copy, reproduce, resell or use any part of it without our written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

  • We do not exclude or limit our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
  • Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses.
  • Subject to that, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes may be brought in the courts of England and Wales, and if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, in your local courts.
