When You Are Charged

• If we cannot fulfil your order, we refund you in full.

• If you do not recognise a charge, please contact us before raising a dispute with your bank — we can usually resolve it the same day.

Order Confirmation

• You will receive an email confirming your order and, once dispatched, your tracking details.
• If a payment is declined, we will let you know so you can try another method.

Declined Payments

Payments are usually declined because of incorrect card details, insufficient funds, or your bank’s fraud checks. Check your details and contact your bank if the problem continues.
