Cancellation and Exchange Policy

At Always Do What You Should Do, we know you may need to change an order. This policy explains how, and sits alongside our Refund and Returns Policy.

Cancelling Before Dispatch

  • You may cancel your order at no cost within 24 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been dispatched.
  • Email support@official-adwysd.com with your order number as soon as possible.
  • If your order has already been dispatched, we cannot stop it — but you can still return it under your 14-day right to cancel below.

Cancelling After Delivery

  • You have a statutory right to cancel within 14 days of receiving your order, for any reason, including on sale and discounted items.
  • Full details, including refund timescales, are in our Refund and Returns Policy.

Exchanges

  • We exchange items for a different size or colour of the same product, or replace an item that arrives damaged or incorrect.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges depend on stock. If your size is unavailable, we will offer a refund instead.

How to Request an Exchange

Email support@official-adwysd.com with:

  • Your order number
  • The item and the size or colour you would like instead
  • The reason for the exchange
  • Photos, if the item is damaged or defective

Conditions for Exchange

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition with tags attached.
  • If you are exchanging because you changed your mind, you pay the return postage; we cover postage of the replacement.
  • If the item is damaged, faulty or incorrect, we cover postage both ways.

Items We Cannot Exchange

  • Personalised or made-to-order items
  • Sealed items unsuitable for return on hygiene grounds where the seal has been broken
  • Items that have been worn, washed or altered

Note: your statutory right to cancel within 14 days and to reject faulty goods applies to all items, including sale and discounted items, and is not affected by this section.
